We’re glad to announce that we are now taking referrals for our services again.

While our referral pathway has been on pause, we have been working through our waiting list, linking families with volunteers, recruiting and training new volunteers and delivering another Mums in Mind course.

We will continue to operate a waiting list and select the most appropriate volunteer for each family. Due to continued high demand and increasing complexity of cases, we may need to decline some requests for support to ensure our service remains safe, effective, and sustainable.

To streamline the process, we are asking refers to be as specific as possible about the support they hope we can provide when referring each family to us.
