Giving mums time and techniques
to look after themselves
Our six-week postnatal mental health courses bring mums who are feeling low, anxious or overwhelmed together in a safe group setting. Each time they learn coping techniques based on cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) as well as doing a mindful creative activity that helps with relaxation.
Mums in Mind is suitable for mums of young babies or toddlers who are struggling emotionally. Run by two experienced members of staff, they give participants the tools they need to build up their confidence and self-esteem as well as helping them develop their own support network.
