A rare opportunity has arisen to join Home-Start Reading as a Family Support Coordinator, working directly with families and volunteers. 

It's a rewarding but busy and challenging role, requiring strong interpersonal and organisational skills and experience of working with families and/or in early years settings.

We're looking for someone who: 

• is passionate about supporting local families 
• has worked with families and/or young children 
• has experience of volunteering and/or working with volunteers 
• has an understanding of the challenges families face 
• has a sensitive, non-judgemental and inclusive attitude 
• will work positively and flexibly in a small and busy team
